The RunHalf tool is geared toward sports professionals preparing for a marathon who want a smooth way to improve their run times. Here you have access to three training plans aimed at running a half marathon in less than two hours, an hour and 45 minutes, or an hour and a half.
All the plans are detailed by days, so you'll always know how to focus your training based on the guidelines, which are ordered by both weeks and days. Once you've decided what your goal will be, you need to follow the instructions one by one in order to adequately progress in your training. The goal of reaching less than two hours is particularly recommended for runners with experience in running half of a half marathon (that is, a 10K), and who want to prepare themselves to face the full half for the first time. The training process takes 12 weeks. Meanwhile, the goal of one hour and 45 minutes is an option for runners at an intermediate level that have experience running and want to reduce their times; these runners should train for nine weeks. Lastly, users who are experts at running half marathons will have nine intensive weeks ahead to ensure a good recorded time of under an hour and a half.
